Delivery Charges

Shipping is only available for all orders in Canada (We’re working on making it available for U.S.A as well). If your purchase total (before taxes) is a minimum of $495 CDN, then shipping is free! Any order under $495 CDN will have a shipping fee of 12%.

Is there a shipping fee for bulk deals?

Shipping for all bulk deals are free over $795 order.

Is there a shipping fee for auction items?

Auction items are sold at the best prices in the market for quality products, so the shipping fee of 10% will apply at all times.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If an item is in stock then your order will be processed in 2-3 business days and shipped out right after, a tracking code will be sent to you via email. If an item is not in stock, then that means it will need to be produced and then shipped to you (which can take a total of 6 weeks). Each product page will note whether a product is in stock or not.

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that gives you an estimated delivery time window for your order.

The estimated transit time for delivery is 5-10 days. If you live in a remote location, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery. If you require your shipment sooner, then please contact our customer service representatives at our toll-free number to see if this can be done. There will be extra shipping charges for any rushed orders.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

How is it going to be delivered?

  • Delivery will be made either by Canada Post/FedEx/UPS
  • Delivery will be made Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
  • Our Standard Shipping is to the front door of your building, loading zone, or warehouse entrance. If you live in a house, this will be the front door of your house. If you live in an apartment, this will be the front door of your apartment complex.

How does free shipping work?

It’s very simple! Your purchase order must be a total of $495 CDN to receive free shipping within Canada! This does not apply to USA and international countries, we will be working on this very soon. In the meantime, if you are making a purchase outside Canada you can contact us via live chat and we can figure out what can be done.

What if I make a purchase under $495 CDN?

There will be a flat shipping rate of 10% for any orders under $495. We’ve made sure to keep the shipping rate as low as possible.

How long is the shipping process normally?

Once an order is made, your order summary will be sent to the given email. Tracking code will be sent to your email once the order has been fully processed. Please allow up to five business days before your tracking is made available. If you do not receive a tracking code within seven business days, please contact us via Live Chat or email and have your order number ready for a Kastor Energy representative to help you out. Our live chat is only available from 8 AM to 5 PM PST. Once tracking is made available your new LED products should take 7-14 business days to arrive!

Shipping Address Changes

If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team before the item is dispatched to you (this is likely to be within 48 hours of you placing the order). If your order is already on its way to you then there will be a re-routing fee.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund. If you cancel your order after its left our warehouse, then the standard shipping fee will not be refunded (only the product(s) will be refunded).

Order Tracking

After you place your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. There will be a link in the email through which you will be able to track your order.

Order Receiving

Please be sure to sign the delivery receipt in the presence of the Canada Post representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. If there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. You are responsible for retaining the original packaging for returns. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.
